McCall Parks and Recreation maintains more than nine miles of paved pathways for walking and running. The City’s pathways are dog-friendly, as long as your four legged pals are on a leash. As part of the community outreach process for McCall In Motion, The McCall Area's Comprehensive and Transportation Master Plan, a series of two community workshops were held to give interested members of the public an opportunity to review the fifteen big ideas that were generated by plan participants during the visioning phase. The McCall community will see many benefits from the boardwalk that include an inspired protected wetland area, improved safety routes for school students and commuters as well as enhanced City and County pathway connectivity. This project was funded by Capital Improvement Funds and a donation from Spring Mountain Ranch HOA.
