Primary Construction Improvements:

Public Outreach:

  • Media, Community HOA and neighbors, McCall-Donnelly School District students

Construction Impacts:

  • Business and private residence access along E. Lake st. will remain open throughout construction.
  • Flaggers and temporary signals are anticipated to control construction traffic when needed
  • Construction hours will be 7am- 7pm Monday- Friday and optional on weekends.

Anticipated Project Design Schedule:

Project #1 Fall of 2020 (September- November)

Project #2 Spring of 2022 (June 2021- June 2022)

The completion of Project #3 and Project #4 depends highly on available funding. Completing Project #4 before Project #3 poses some difficulties, as temporary anchorage of docks and access ways will be required before the proposed pathway is built. However, these can be worked out and don’t restrict that as an alternative for implementation. Project #3 is the most expensive project, so finding funding for completion will most likely control the timeline for completion. Ideally, these projects would be completed simultaneously but constructing the
shoreline improvements of Project #4 prior to implementing Project #3 is likely more feasible.
