Public Hearing - Short Term Rental Fee

McCall City Council

 

The McCall City Council will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Section 63-1311A, Idaho Code, on October 6 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard that, in the Legion Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho.   The City of McCall is considering adopting a resolution to set a new fee related to Short-Term Rentals. The proposed annual fee amount is $225 for each Short-Term Rental Permit application and is non-refundable. Questions regarding the proposed fee can be addressed to BessieJo Wagner at 208-634-4874 or bwagner@mccall.id.us Public testimony is encouraged at the public hearing. If a member of the public would like to make comment during the live meeting online or to call-in, please sign up at www.mccall.id.us/packets -Virtual Comments During the Meeting- prior to 3:00 pm on October 6, 2022, a link will be sent to you with instructions. Public testimony submitted in writing prior to the meeting is strongly encouraged. ALL written comments must be submitted prior to 3:00 pm on October 6, 2022, on the City’s website at https://www.mccall.id.us/packets. Any comments received after 3:00 p.m. will not be submitted as part of the record.
