McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission


The McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 4:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, VIA Teleconference, for the purpose of receiving testimony from interested persons regarding the following applications. The Meeting Room Occupancy Capacity subject to the 6-foot social distancing recommendation of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in addition to the Commissioners and staff who are anticipated to be in attendance is 7.  Social Distancing will be enforced.


The first 8 persons who appear will be allowed to be present in the meeting location. All other persons may be in attendance virtually via Teleconference.

PUD-22-02 & SUB-22-01: 176 Coy Rd – Denise Carter, Corby Garrett and Chad Carter

DR-22-03 & SH-22-01: 2260 Payette Drive – Luke Vannoy for Tom & Laurie Corrick
