City Boat Ramp Access Updates

In a public hearing on June 27th, the McCall City Council officially approved new access fees for the McCall Public Boat Ramp, which will take effect on July 12, 2024. To find more information and/or to purchase a pass please click here.

McCall is a walkable community with multiple pathways and shared roads for multi-modal commuting.

Traveling with dogs

McCall requires your dog to be on a leash on all pathways and in all public park facilities. Only one off-leash dog area on the water is located near Brown Park. Please keep your dog off beach sand. Please always pick up after your dog. Looking for a dog park? A privately owned dog park is open to the public at the McCall Rehabilitation and Care Center at 418 Floyde St. McCall.

Visiting our wildlife

McCall is nestled in the mountain and therefore sees many different wildlife species. Please watch from afar. Drive carefully and do not approach wildlife. Never feed wildlife. The McCall City Council passed a Wildlife ordinance on September 28th prohibiting the feeding of wildlife in city limits. Visit McCallWildlife.com for more information.

Office Closures

City offices will be closed on Monday, November 11th in honor of Veteran's Day.

City Offices will be closed Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Road Construction and Closures

1st Street, Phase 3B Surface Improvements: 1st Street will be closed from Park St to E Lake St for the duration of the project. Visit the project site for more information on the project.

South Mission Street, South City Limits – Deinhard Lane: Construction is anticipated to begin June 17, 2024. Visit the project page for updates and information on closures.
