As a business owner, it is your right to protect your business, facilities, and employee. This health order gives you the ability to enforce openly and clearly supporting your own mask policy. All businesses within McCall city limits and within 5 miles are subject to the city's health order. If a patron does not comply with the order you have the right to ask them to leave. If at any point feel that you are unsafe, or threaten or need law enforcement, please call 911.

What would you do if you saw someone not wearing a seat belt? That is a great way to think about it!
Please consider leading by example.
Consider setting a good example, speaking to the business owner if you are feeling uncomfortable. It is not appropriate in this instance to call law enforcement that is up to the business owner. It is also not appropriate to shame or start an unnecessary altercation.

The CDH Advisory Order outlines many things you can do to reduce your chances of contracting or passing COVID. The Advisory does stress that gathering is discouraged especially with those outside your normal household (those you live with). CDH recommends that for the greatest level of protection stay in your household group and avoid contact with others especially when not wearing a mask.
