Utility Billing - COVID 19 Relief

The City of McCall is committed to providing safe, clean drinking water to our water utility customers and the citizens of McCall.   On April 07, 2021, the McCall City Council implemented measures to provide relief to water utility customers for COVID-19 related hardships for the next 90 days:

  • The City will not disconnect customers for non-payment during this time.
  • The City is temporarily waiving late penalty fees and service charges.
  • The City encourages our customers to pay what they can, so balances don’t become overwhelming.
  • The City will work with customers to set up a realistic payment arrangement.

This is an unprecedented time with a lot of unknowns. We are here to help you. Together we will get through this.
